Why Anything

I think we need to get real with illigals in a very simple way, every single illegal needs to be documented. No more free school and free medical. No more anything till they can show valid ID.

Every time there is a gathering of illegals they all need to be arrested, finger printed and given a TAX ID # and an official ID card and then set free. Same goes for anyone wishing to enter this country for work. All jobs must be offered to American natives at a living wage before any newcomer can be chosen for work, this living wage should be no less then the amount needed to support and house ones self according to real demographics in the community they reside in. Non-native workers would be paid a wage at agreed upon by the employer and employee and can not be less than 75% of the said living wage. These wage rules would not be enforced when hiring persons under the age of 18, in such a case the local minimum wage would apply.

Companies not abiding by this should be fined $10G for each offense. Companies would receive incentives for hiring native workers. Any native worker that works more then 15 hrs a week must be provided with comprehensive heath benefits. The same would go for non-native workers, but only after 40 hrs of work a week for 36 weeks. Any one could pay for private insurance at any time.

Any company caught hiring illegals should be fined $10G for each offense, this fine can be waved if the company participates in a program in which at the time of hiring the illegal must show some kind of valid ID issued by the US or submit finger prints and be issued such an ID.

The only government documents printed in a language other than English should be information on how to participate in the government to program for worker documentation and information on emergency medical care.

Any emergency medical care would also require you to be fingerprinted and documented and issued a government ID. This would be waved if you show a pass port or visa and can prove you will be laving this country with in 30 days. In any case you would be billed for any medical care unless you meet all the described terms above.

All sanctuary laws need to be abolished with a constitutional amendment. Any tax-exempt organization found to be harboring or protecting illegals from government documentation would be stripped of their tax-exempt status.

Every student enrolling in elementary school for the first time must have a parent or guardian show proof that they are authorized to be in this country and prove that contribute to property and school taxes. All this can be done with the ID they are issued in the above described way.

Anyone openly not abiding by any of these rules would be arrested and documented and then be barred from reentry, if found again in illegally in America the first offence would be a felony.
